# apifare × LibreChat (markdown twin of /integrations/librechat)

Give every LibreChat user a prepaid tool balance: one mcpServers block,
no code changes; each user pastes their own token once (encrypted by
LibreChat's PluginAuth); calls run on THEIR balance; a drained balance
surfaces the cap-framed 402 on the failed-tool card; failed provider
calls are refunded.
