## Run it

1. Find it: MCP search_apis, or GET https://apifare.com/v1/search?q=Competitor%20Marketing%20Change%20Monitor with Authorization: Bearer <token>. Take the result named "Competitor Marketing Change Monitor"; it carries a proxy_route.
