# CFTC COT Enhanced — Position Velocity & Percentile Tracker

## What you need

An apifare key with credits (sign up: POST https://apifare.com/v1/signup {"email": "..."}; new accounts get 500 free credits). No other account or key.

## Inputs

- `commodity` (string): Commodity (contract market name or commodity name) (e.g. "WTI CRUDE OIL")
- `report_type` (string): COT report family (e.g. "disaggregated")
- `weeks_back` (integer): Weeks of history to emit (e.g. 52)
- `category` (string): Trader category to emit (e.g. "all")
- `max_records` (integer): Max records emitted (e.g. 100)

The most relevant fields; the search result's input_schema lists all of them.

## Price

## Run it

1. Find it: MCP search_apis, or GET https://apifare.com/v1/search?q=CFTC%20COT%20Enhanced%20%E2%80%94%20Position%20Velocity%20%26%20Percentile%20Tracker with Authorization: Bearer <token>. Take the result named "CFTC COT Enhanced — Position Velocity & Percentile Tracker"; it carries a proxy_route.
2. Run it: MCP proxy_call with that proxy_route and the input JSON (apifare-mcp over stdio), or POST the proxy_route over HTTP with the input JSON as the body and the same Authorization header.
