## What you need

- `packs` (object): Enrichment packs
- `maxConcurrency` (integer): Max concurrency (e.g. 5)
- `defaultRegion` (string): Default region (ISO)

## Run it

1. Find it: MCP search_apis, or GET https://apifare.com/v1/search?q=Pre-Dial%20Phone%20Scrub%20%E2%80%94%20Send%2C%20Skip%20%26%20Review%20Verdicts with Authorization: Bearer <token>. Take the result named "Pre-Dial Phone Scrub — Send, Skip & Review Verdicts"; it carries a proxy_route.
